Job Vacancy | Lowongan Kerja |Sampoerna Agro (SA) is an emerging integrated oil palm plantation group in Indonesia with six subsidiaries operating in South Sumatra and Central Kalimantan provinces. Previously known as PT Selapan Jaya, which was established in South Sumatra in late 1980s, SA is engaged in the plantation and cultivation of palm trees and the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel.

SA manages more than 73,000 ha of planted oil palm plantation (nucleus, plasma, and partnership scheme) and operates five CPO mills with total processing capacity of 350 tonnes FFB per hour. In 2006, SA produced more than 1.1 million tonnes of FFB and 240,000 tonnes of CPO.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION (PTA – 9)
Responsible for perform construction administration, quality and material document control, and monitoring progress measurement

Requirements:
* S1 degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable university,
* 2-3 years experience minimum in construction company,
* 28 years old minimum,
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Administration skill,
* Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, etc),
* Having good leadership skills, conceptual and analytical thinking, and communication skills,
* Willing to be places in project site.

FIELD ENGINEER (FDE – 9)
Responsible for safety quality control, safety patrol and quality assurance

Requirements:
* S1 degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university,
* 2-3 years experience minimum in construction company,
* 28 years old minimum,
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties,
* Willing to be places in project site.

PROJECT SITE MANAGER (PSM – 9)
Overall plan and control site construction, document application, construction quality and safety management

Requirements:
* S1 degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering from reputable university,
* 5-6 years experience minimum in construction company,
* 30 years old minimum,
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Capable to handle overall project management and supervision on site,
* Capable to work under pressure to handle multiple project at the same time, responsible to deadline, attention to detail and result oriented,
* Having good leadership skills, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
* Willing to be places in project site.

PROCESS SENIOR ENGINEER (PSE – 9)
Responsible for process design review, system integration check and operationalbility check

Requirements:
* S1 degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university,
* 3-5 years experience minimum in construction company
* 28 years old minimum,
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc),
* Having good leadership skills, conceptual and analytical thinking, and communication skills,
* Strong ability in scheduling and ability to work under pressure,
* Willing to be places in Jakarta/project site.

SAFETY & SECURITY ENGINEER (SSE – 9)
Responsible for safety quality control, safety patrol and quality assurance

Requirements:
* S1 degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputable university,
* 2-3 years experience minimum in construction company,
* 28 years old minimum,
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Having ability to work in a team, and is independent, honest, and objective in performing its duties,
* Willing to be places in project site.
